Twilight 2 Disc Special Edition Twilight (2008, Film) is a wonderful modern tale about forever-teen vampires, forbidden love and the clash of vampire clans with different moral values. Based on the multi award-winning cult novel of the same name by Stephenie Meyer, Twilight not only tells a moving and action-packed love story as epic as Romeo & Juliet, but it also amazes with beautifully filmed scenes and the exceptional attention to details. The selected locations are no less grandeur then in The Lord of the Rings and the director Catherine Hardwicke masterfully uses that for taking the action to a fantastical level. The unique and unforgettable characters, the mysterious atmosphere and the overall subtlety create an ultimate experience which would appreciated even by fans of Twin Peaks (by David Lynch). The carefully selected music is hooking and it includes such cult talents as Linkin Park, Muse, Mutemath, Paramore- the soundtrack is so great that it's worth buying separately. No doubt it's a must-see movie not only for the fans of Twilight novel, but also for all vampire theme lovers.
